Privacy - During your massage - you will remain completely covered with a sheet and blanket except for the area being massaged. Private areas remain covered during the entire service.
Communication - Talking during your massage is not recommended. Massage requires concentration on the part of the therapist. Let your therapist know if you would like more or less pressure, or if you would like us to focus on a specific area that is bothering you. A massage is your opportunity to relax and feel better.
Breathing - Relaxation can be achieved by focusing on your breath. Breathe deeply and with every exhalation, sink further into the massage table.
Focus - Close your eyes and see with your sense of touch.
